At the Workout Mill we have done a series of videos showing the different aspects to the gym. We want to let people know that when you join us, you don’t just join a gym, you join a community, a fitness space, a local business, a friendship group and a place to reach any lifestyle goals you require!
This will be the second video in the series showing how the Workout Mill is amazing fitness space, should you not want to lift weights but do a more functional style of training, or jump on our WattBike and set yourself a challenge on our leader board.
